If my clients product is struggling to sell, I think the first thing I would do is take all new pictures with a total rebrand. Then I would get them on new socials to find an additional audience. Then I would tap some new fashion bloggers to write blogs about the product and I would get ads in the top magazines. Lastly, I would have my client start making selfie reels at least once a week on Instagram.

Positioning the product to specific industry vertical. For example, If you are selling the CRM, position and market as CRM for Real Estate.

We did have one of the clients of my company that had a problem selling in South Korea. So the product of one of my company clients was the full treatments for skincare for women and men. They used first aid with European public persons first and the selling was poor for them before they came to my company. After we discussed with them we created a new strategy by using AI, AR, VR, etc., tools to create an interactive experience with Korean clients with this skincare brand and using a mix of races in PR campaigns with public persons from Korea, Europe, and globally. By using our new strategy for them they have a good growth in selling, exposure, engagement, etc., with Korean clients and receiving more requests to develop a new line.

Human nature is always looking for new things ,while rebranding a products can be helpful to attract new consumers ,however it should be engineered very carefully and must maintain the brand identity with a new look either to be aligned with the market trend considring the local market heretige or the brand new strategy e.g eihther the purpose was to introduce the brand to an international market plus the current local market or it was because leveraging the brand portfolio to have diversity in its prodtucs . The key point of a successful rebranding is to be based on the tagret audience, and the purposes of that.
