Meet your client where they're at and I would say start with your Explore power and be really curious about this, asking questions to enable your client and yourself understand their current situation and request. Have empathy for your client and explore who and what else is affected by the change and use the partnership model. Check again where the client's at in terms of their situation and how this is still helping them with their clients goals. Then renew the coaching contract and reset.
