Go deep into their mental movie. They have (consciously or subconsciously) created a movie about what SHOULD happen. But reality has its own path, and, what actually happens in reality doesn't match up to the mental movie created. This is the definition of unhappiness. Coach them through the challenge--it'll be an opportunity for you to add 20 lbs to your mental bench press.
