I urge them to view it as a chance for personal development instead of a personal jab. ?? I also assist them in recognizing their accomplishments and skills, reminding them of their individual worth. They can gain confidence by setting small, attainable goals and experiencing frequent victories. ?? By acting out difficult scenarios, they can develop their assertiveness skills and get ready for obstacles in real life. Last but not least, I try to change their perspective from one of wanting approval from others to one of accepting their own value and inner affirmation. ??

Distinguer la critique au feedback Analyser les critiques de manières objectives. Séparer les commentaires qui peuvent aider à sa croissance de ceux qui ne sont pas fondés ou sont purement négatifs. 2. Auto-validation Les critiques extérieures ne définissent pas la valeur d'une personne. Travaillez l'auto validation, en lui montrant comment se rassurer et s'encourager lui même. Affirmations positives, fêtez ses victoires. 3. Communication Lorsque les critiques deviennent envahissantes, il est crucial de savoir répondre de manière calme et posé. La communication non violente.
