I would follow up with a friendly email or call to gently inquire about their thoughts on the video draft, highlighting specific areas where their feedback is particularly valuable. Offering to schedule a brief discussion can also encourage a more open dialogue and facilitate their input.

I would Send a Kindly Follow-Up: Remind them that you've sent the video and inquire about their comments in a kind email or message. - Pose Particular Questions: Use targeted questions to steer their comments, such as "Is the video's pacing appropriate?" - Establish a Deadline for Feedback: Make mention of the fact that answering by a specific date keeps the project on track. - Offer to Discuss: To let them share feedback more easily, suggest setting up a phone call or video chat. and - Stress the Value of Their Input: Tell them that in order to make the video meet their expectations, their feedback is necessary.

I've found most people are just busy and require a follow up, so I'd start there by just sending a follow up email. I do put in my contract though that the client has to respond in a timely manner (x business days) or else the final delivery date will be pushed back. Ultimately, discuss this before contracts are even signed so everyone is on the same page.

A long pause occurs in two scenarios 1. Either client is busy 2. He doesn't like your video Option 2 is quite normal no need to freak. Gently ask client for feedback or send some more revision depending upon the taste of client. Another tricky was is to, try to get connect with some team member of client to get updates ot his taste
