Cuando un cliente cuestiona mis métodos de coaching, la mejor forma de demostrar su eficacia es con resultados y transparencia. Primero, explico claramente la lógica detrás de cada técnica, conectando mi enfoque con los objetivos específicos del cliente. Luego, comparto ejemplos de éxito previos o métricas de progreso, mostrando cómo mis métodos han ayudado a otros en situaciones similares. También, sugiero evaluar peque?os hitos de avance durante el proceso, para que el cliente pueda ver resultados tangibles. Invito a que participe activamente en la evolución de su proceso, ajustando el enfoque según sus comentarios, lo que refuerza la confianza y compromiso con el coaching.

Creo que es muy importante escuchar a nuestros clientes, especialmente lo que no dicen. Detrás de las dudas, y las resistencias, anidan preocupaciones genuinas y profundas relacionadas con creencias limitantes que -seguramente- hay que trabajar. Creo fervientemente en la mentalidad de experimentación. Por eso, comparto mis hipótesis con los clientes al tiempo que definimos peque?os experimentos para validarlas. De esa manera, actuando en ciclos cortos de mejora continua, el cliente puede probar la efectividad de mis métodos rápidamente. Sin excepción, en todos los casos ocurre que al trabajar colaborativa con ellos y encontrar resultados pronto se desarrolla confianza y podemos avanzar sin problema.
