I sometimes suggest an online assessment as a conversation-starter if someone is struggling to access their strengths. But they never replace the rich, nuanced understanding that comes from personal storytelling. By nurturing a dialogue rooted in their own experiences, client see fresh possibilities and can rewrite their next career chapter with renewed clarity and purpose.
