Guiding them towards a fulfilling path begins with exploring their feelings and concerns. Encourage them to reflect on what aspects of their current role feel restrictive and what their ideal career looks like. Help them identify their core values, passions, and strengths to uncover what truly motivates them. Together, brainstorm potential career options that align with these insights, considering both short-term and long-term goals. Encourage them to take small steps, such as networking or pursuing new skills, to explore different opportunities. By fostering a mindset of growth and possibility, you can help them navigate toward a more fulfilling career.

Here is a 4 steps cycle to help clients, I call it PATH. Pause: Take a step back and reflect. What’s working, and what’s not? Assess: Evaluate skills, strengths, and areas of growth. Where can they add value? Target: Identify potential roles, industries, or projects that align with their aspirations. Hands-On Experimentation: Build momentum by taking small, actionable steps toward these goals. Whether it's taking on new projects, volunteering, or exploring freelance work, push them to try different things and collect real-world feedback. This phase helps them adjust and refine their career path based on what works.
