Minha experiência me ensinou que é possível encontrar solu??es que respeitem o pedido do cliente e preservem a qualidade do projeto. Fa?o um esfor?o para entender a inten??o por trás das solicita??es e busco pontos de equilíbrio, onde as ideias originais e as novas dire??es convergem. Quando as mudan?as têm um propósito claro e contribuem, s?o bem-vindas e, muitas vezes, acrescentam nuances valiosas. Caso perceba que interferências impactam negativamente, sugiro alternativas e construo um diálogo que permita avan?armos de forma produtiva e preservar o valor da entrega final.

First, listen carefully to their suggestions. Are they grounded in data? Did they conduct independent testing & uncover the legitimate need to change direction? If so, carefully examine their research and adjust accordingly. If their demands are driven by internal politics, try to provide something that will help assuage any internal interests, while adjusting original creative enough to get you across the finish line. Lastly, if the issue is a matter of personal taste, i.e., "The CEO hates brown," make an alternate, while adjusting your preferred solution enough to avoid agita. But always work to ensure your creative remains true to your strategic imperatives. However, best to avoid drama at the end by iterating along the way.
