Seeing is believing. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. 1.I would therefore call the clients over to our corporate office. 2. Would introduce my team, one by one , to the clients, starting with their background, their credentials, their contributions and accolades/ appreciation received and how the contribution has impacted society at large. 3. Showing them around the office, displaying testimonies of customers/ other stakeholders describing how great our organization is and how the team has contributed significantly in achieving milestones. 4. Showcasing our organization's philosophy of Training and development not only of inductees but also for experienced staff. 5.Showing videos of setbacks faced by the past & how we overcame.

To address my business partner’s doubts about my team’s expertise, I would first initiate an open conversation to understand their specific concerns. I would then showcase my team’s strengths by presenting recent successes, key performance metrics, and examples of their work. Highlighting case studies or testimonials from satisfied clients can also validate their skills. I would arrange a meeting where the team can directly present solutions to ongoing challenges, allowing my partner to see their capabilities firsthand. By addressing the doubts with transparency and evidence, I can reaffirm trust in my team’s expertise and professionalism.
