Jaguar is currently facing a wave of negative reviews (comments) from their new rebrand. Both those who are the old legacy consumers and those who just enjoy what they used to be are going on their Instagram to share both disbelief and disappointment. Yet, some people love what they see in the rebrand. I noticed on Jaguar’s Instagram, that they intentionally ignore the bad comments and respond directly to the positive ones. Well, that’s Jaguar’s way of responding to things, hopefully, if their rebranding works out well, they can turn to those negative comments and say “We told you so!”.
