Taking the lead in showcasing my accomplishments and staying professional with my boss, even if they're unsupportive, would be key. Most likely you won’t get the recognition you deserve despite doing all these things. You need to learn to either live with that dynamic if the compensation is worth it, etc… or you find a new job. Until then, keep working and not getting recognition. Not getting recognition is not an excuse to slack off or not do good work. Don’t take it personal, find somewhere that does recognize you.
