Todavía quedan algunas personas a las que les cuesta entender lo importante que es tener en cuenta la seguridad en la empresa. En estos casos hay que pararse a pensar que nuestro jefe está en su puesto, normalmente porque es bueno en lo que hace. Para hacerle ver nuestro punto de vista considero muy importante observarle bien, analizar su forma de trabajar y ver cuales son los pilares que le mueven en su toma de decisión y una vez con esto claro llevar a ese terreno la información que queremos transmitirle de manera que tengamos mas posibilidades de que lo tenga en cuenta.
