Managing a huge team with diverse set of experience is difficult. In my previous organization, my manager maintained a competence tracking sheet for his entire team. He would track the competency of each of the team members. This helps in proper resource utilization with right skillsets. We can also plan to provide required trainings to compensate the gap as & when required using this metrics. It helps in SWOT analysis for your Team as a whole. Define clear performance KPIs which you want to chase. Throw optimum challenges for your team to keep them motivated. Promote collaboration among team members for better results & keep monitoring the performance using performance dashboard & take appropriate measures when required.

Acredito que um ponto inicial aqui é que você tenha a disposi??o um checklist de boas práticas e atividades, de modo que durante e após as execu??es você valide se tudo foi feito dentro do esperado e com os cuidados necessários. Após isso bem definido você naturalmente já come?ará a identificar os trabalhos que s?o morosos, cansativos ou repetitivos. Somente pelo fato de ter que fazer a mesma coisa várias vezes, provavelmente se sentirá incomodado e vai querer arranjar alguma forma de automatizar ou construir até mesmo seus próprios templates e frameworks. O que escrevi parece óbvio, mas quero te incentivar a usar seu "feeling" de processos, que considero ser mais aderente, do que tentar achar algo pronto que dê mais ou menos "match".
