There are so many other animators waiting in the wings. No one is going to want to fight on every note. Take the criticism, hit your notes, move on. Not every project is a creativity goldmine. You will have to do crap jobs, cause its work. Unless you are footing the bill. But most likely, you're not. We all have bills to pay.
