I think we need to take a step forward in the way we think about knowledge base. As LLMs are changing the way we work we need to create a tool that reduces the manual tasks to document and save documents and create steps, a good example will be create a AI chatbot (internal) that can connect to all meetings, emails and documents you have about a topic and create a system with chaining prompts that can use that information to help reply questions that come to the team, every new question and answer will be consumed by the LLM and will keep improving. After some time you can connect this to your emails and draft replies that can reduce support time.

Therefore the knowledge around it is essential to every member of the organization to avoid any legal mishap in the time to come. Knowledge is essential but right knowledge towards the macro objective is super essential.
