Well this is purely a game of relations and trust. In order to make supply stable I figure out the scenario planning. I enlist the possible risks in extream situations and then do a reverse planning like it is happening now. I empower small vendors with product knowledge, packaging, supply chain, help them build their capacity and give a trust of growth and profitability. Anybody who see the growth with you, own the burden of sustainable supply. I keep on adding such vendors and see to it I'm not dependent on a single vendor for more than 35-40% of my total supply Similarly I diversify the supply clusters and I see to it I have atleast 3 clusters to get a supply from, with almost an equal capacity.
