This is seriously understated in esports. The top teams are becoming more aware of the holistic nature of being a top esprort athlete, however, in the lower tiers 'The Grind' is still seen as the only way to become a better esports player. Being physically fit, well rested, hydrated and eating well are all important components of performance and consistent performance. I also put emphasis on structured daily schedules, keeping esports training to a 9-5 with regular breaks. This keeps players within the performance zone and avoids fatigue and burn-out

It is not widely acknowledged that investing time and effort does not always guarantee the realization of one's dreams. Merely subscribing to the belief of "Never give up" should not be the sole reason to pursue an endeavor, especially when no evident progress has been made over an extended period. It is crucial to recognize that some things may not be destined to occur.
