Things to do to stay up to date with payment methods, frameworks and industry best practices: ? Visit Fintech events and conferences, and engage a lot with participants. Actively ask, attend events and gather information and personal contacts (Money 20/20, IFX Expo, MPE, PayExpo, etc.) ? Stay updated with Regulators/Schemes requirements ? Visit your competitors websites regularly ? Communicate with colleagues from the industries other than the one you work in: their experience can be implemented in your industry as well ? Gather feedback from sales, back-office and operations teams
