This can be either physically in person or virtually, but you show up to meetings, events, planning sessions, etc. ready to contribute and eager to learn. Understanding the goal of the collective and lending your strengths and talents, whatever they may be, to getting the job done is one of the best ways to demonstrate your commitment to the job or project.
