Feedback from team is needed when we are working as a team each individual has it's unique point of view to think on particular thing. The collection of multiple feedback can give good ideas that can lead to good progress.

In my experience, to get a good feedback process, a combination of tools is necessary. I believe that, as far as possible, conducting a personal interview can reveal information that is otherwise very difficult to detect. If we add to this information obtained through other tools, such as surveys, the results of the process can be very interesting.

The purpouses of a feedback process are not always explain correctly. Try to be as transparent as possible with your staff. They will appreciate it. If the reason for the process is not clear, doubts will arise and the final intention of the process may be misinterpreted, creating a bad atmosphere in the team.

Once you have collected the feedback from your team, you need to analyze the results carefully and objectively. Study the feedback results for common problems. I do not advise going into detail, at least at the first stage. If you have metrics or key indicators, it is a good idea to check the indicators against the problems encountered in the feedback process. It helps us to determine the importance of the problems.
