Your team must understand that communication is a life long learning process. You can always become better. And there's always scope for improvement. Eloquent and fluent speakers aren't the professors of communication. You have to develop good writing skills and listening skills. You have to work upon your non verbal cues and gestures. You have to develop a critical mind and emotional intelligence. You can be more socially aware and empathetic. You have to be analytical. Motivate them and infuse the habits of reading and writing as this would really help them in the long run.
