Agile being a mindset, we need to have TRUST within team. In case any personal issue to any team member we should be empathize to that. Keep clear and transparent communication so dependency would be minimum. Highlight Blocker without hesitation (I see some member shy to say no, that should be changed by leader or senior member). DO NOT Micromanage in person but do watch status on JIRA board and keep HELPING communication rather than escalation tone.

I think weekly verbal feedback is a good practice, at least within the work team, to reduce possible misunderstandings in specifications and to advance more quickly to achieve delivery goals. With customers, I prefer to send them an email with the list of doubts so that they reply and you can address them as soon as possible according to priorities.

In my experience we spend lots of time training and helping people give feedback (which is great!) but not enough time on training how to receive said feedback. Being open, inquisitive and grateful that someone has taken the time & effort to provide you with feedback (which is often something stressful in itself) is not something that comes natural to most people. Training in how to receive feedback can make the entire process much more valuable. It is far more likely that people will see results based on their provided feedback which will only enhance the feedback loop.

Getting the feedback is great; however, acting on the feedback is crucial as it shows that you value the opinions given. Without feedback, it’s difficult to gauge the areas of improvement required and what training can be maximized on.

They may attempt to be overly involved and act as a middleman between the real user, who understands all the details and needs the solution will address, and the developers. At the same time, supervisor roles have needs and important requirements that compete with other users requirements. It's crucial for leads and software engineers to manage this dynamic effectively, ensuring direct communication channels are maintained with end users to accurately capture their needs.
