With my team, I also like to rely on the "Start, Stop, Continue" method. Each week, we each share one thing to start, one to stop, and one to continue doing. It’s a feedback method that goes both ways to minimize awkwardness. This keeps our feedback constructive, acknowledges great work, and empowers everyone to take ownership of their development. Our team dynamics have never been better!
