Working as a Operation Manager definitely makes you sit on that place, but I tried not getting involved at core, because my Design head and team lead are designers, but I am not so I do not enter that zone whether the work is good or bad, I encapsulate the data, time taken and submission date, thus buffoon team by not being too nosy but help them in data formation report making make there life easier.

Taking the time to show them how you do stuff should not overshadow you trying to understand how they do stuff - you can learn as much as you can teach. The more you understand the “why” and “what for” the better you can support them and make meaningful changes to any process. I find fermenting mustard seeds gives the flavor I like best but others might like to use wine to make their mustard. If you don’t try and understand why they do it you might miss out on Dijon. Be openminded!

Choose something that can make a difference either for your team, your company or yourself. The best growth opportunities are trough collaboration with others. Internet searches and books / courses can only give you the genetic how to guides; you will learn best by doing and failing and fixing.
