Repeat. -Write down what you've accomplished in a daily journal and weekly add it to a personal spreadsheet. -Get a list of the companies KPI's and infuse them with your day to day tasks. -Network inside, up and down and outside of your organization. -Try to add value to all sides of your organizations through, note taking, having difficult conversations and getting to know the ins and outs of your job and how that job supports others.
