The most important question to ask ourselves is why? Why do I want to become a career coach? What purpose am I hoping to achieve? How is this linked to other priorities I have in life? Who am I hoping to serve? There is no right or wrong answer in this, and it tends to be a mixture of personal and professional reasons.
