Motivating your sales team is one of the toughest tasks I think. Sales are not easy. Handling customers is challenging job and not everyone's piece of cake. You need to know your product very well, you need to have good commutations skills, you must have patience and tackle the rough and rude customers. Give realistic goals to your sales team. involve them in the target setting. (they know their area, they know the problems so involve them). take small feedbacks and evaluate them. boost their energy for rewarding by talking to them.
La clé selon moi c'est un manager attentif et bienveillant. C'est bien d'avoir des outils de suivi, d'évaluation etc mais si le manager ne prend pas le temps d'analyser, de collecter, de discuter, il passera à c?té de ce qui est important pour ses collaborateurs. 1- Attention 2- Bienveillance
