For example, is it appropriate to send messages in meetings to other participants? Is it acceptable to send out of hours direct messages? Can important messages with an actionable response and deadlines be communicated in a direct message vs an email? Is multi-tasking and not being ‘present’ acceptable?

But before selection of appropriate software for conferencing with remote team members, it is needed to consider the conference type i.e. ? Is the conference amongst small group or large team members? ? Is the conference an one-way flight from management to employees or from downward to upper tides? ? Is it necessary to use both visual and textual communication or not? Deciding about selection of appropriate software would be subject to the mentioned points.
