I think Linkedin should stop this section and such irrelevant and generic questions. Whether it is DW interview or any interview a candidate can decide to send a thank you note or such things. It does not relate to DW interview only Hope next time Linkedin does not ask what should one eat after an interview for a DW job.

Reviewing your performance after an interview and reflecting on the answers would be a great way to know what went well and what could've gone better, so it can go better next time. There might have some questions which were actually straightforward but seemed confusing at first, or something was connected to the topic but you didn't have much knowledge or experience there. Depends… if you loved the company then follow up with a discussion on some point that you had focused on in the interview related to a technology or process that you were interested in and found common ground on. Demonstrate curiosity and excitement and knowledge.

I always believed that an interview is a two-way process. Not only does the employer have to judge your candidacy, but you, as a candidate, have to judge your potential employer. The type of people a company has chosen to find its human resources says a lot about that company. This is one of the crucial points I missed in one of my interviews. Despite all the wrong signals from the interviewer, I accepted the offer. And what I ended up in was an incredibly toxic culture. Hence, after the interview, do give a thought to whether, regardless of the outcome of the interview, the company is a good fit for you or if you are better off elsewhere.
