Failure is inevitable in any professional journey, but it doesn't have to be the end of the road. In fact, failure can be a valuable source of learning and growth, if you know how to handle it constructively. In this article, you'll learn how to turn your professional failure into a learning opportunity, by following these five steps:
The first step is to acknowledge and accept your emotions after a failure. You may feel angry, frustrated, disappointed, ashamed, or even depressed. These are normal and valid reactions, but they can also cloud your judgment and prevent you from moving forward. Instead of suppressing or denying your feelings, allow yourself to experience them fully, without judging yourself or others. You can also seek support from trusted colleagues, friends, or family, who can empathize with you and offer you comfort and perspective.
We all have our bad and good days. It is normal to feel depressed after a setback . I like to sleep over it usually and the next day is a fresh day. I usually then have ideas on how to bounce back or to look for alternative solutions
This is indeed a very important step. High emotional resilience is needed to accept emotions in such a way that you will learn from the failure and still want try in the future.
Nothing is permanent - not the failure ; not the success and to get too hung over on either is a problem. Every failure is not your fault, and not every success is your credit - a lot is about right time, right place, right people. So understand the situation, and move on. In my experience analyzing what went wrong made me understand the drawbacks and mistakes done so when the same or similar situation happens again I do it in a correct different way that would lead to success

I believe there is always a lesson to learn from every failure one faces. I will first come to terms where I fall short and start making plans to correct it. I will apply my knowledge and skills as well as learn new skills to improve upon myself. I will organise myself and share my experience with others so they don't repeat similar mistakes.
Took time to analyze why what we have done can go wrong to start review and have a better action for next time. take time to make decision, for me never make an improvement decision directly after we get the failure, take time to calm down ourself before we start thingking the next action

Learning what not to do in my opinion is the biggest lesson one need to learn from the mistakes we commit. Making clear choices for the future is key !!!
Everyone makes mistakes, but you have to learn from them and don’t make the same mistake twice. Analyze what went wrong and how you should have handled it, to get the desired outcome. Next time you will remember. Take pride in your work.

It’s okay to fail and make mistakes. One should not be afraid of failure and should not stop learning. Making mistakes is an essential part of growth as, only after failure one gets to know what not to do the next time. Patience, learning and perseverance is the key.

After a setback, applying what you've learned means taking practical steps to improve. It shows you're open to change and growth. By putting plans into action and seeking feedback, you demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to learning and development.
Apply learnings helps you to practice your learning and turn that learning into experience. It develops sence of accountability, self motivation and builds up confidence.
In my opinion, applying our lessons learned allows us to move forward, capitalize on frustration and turn it into a powerful tool to strengthen ourselves and be able to transmit these great learnings to others.
I turn loads of things into training or coaching exercises or case studies. It doesn't matter if it's something that's gone wrong or right. There's learning in everything but only if you analyse it (properly) and don't keep making the same mistake. Doing that might indicate that you are not applying your learning. Doing that might indicate that you are not learning at all. And give credit to others. Nobody becomes successful on their own. Don't take credit for other people's work. Take the blame when things go wrong if you were in charge. But credit others, as well as yourself, when things go well. A genuine thank you will get you a lot of credit in return.
The only thing in life which we shall cherish out of a failure is our learning. A good talent never becomes great by doing a post mortem of his mistake but it becomes great by not repeating those mistakes.

Outro ponto importante é identificar se há congruência de valores, pois ir contra os nossos valores ou contra valores da empresa pode ser uma receita desastrosa para ambos os lados.

We're all products of those who went before us and the environment in which we live and the people with which we share the planet. Our great ideas are built on the thoughts and outputs of others. Share things and let other people make your ideas even better. You'll get more ideas in return. You will reduce costs and will have fun with other creative people. You might get rich through copyright and patents but, unless you're James Dyson, you'll probably die bored and hated.
Sharing experiences is more than say to others what happened, how, why. It is also related to gather perspective from others about what has happened and different a perspectives about how to prevent and solve it in the future. Make sure that all of this new learning is easily accessible by other is critical to become an organization/society better prepared.
Sharing experience always helps. When you face professional failure and share your experience across your network it not only provide you an opportunity for you to crowdsource the ideas to deal with it and also it serves as example for others who can learn lesson from your experience to better deal with situation.

Failures are inevitable and thus must be recognised as an opportunity…. It is perhaps most natural part of the learning process. We need to quickly analyse, reflect, and adapt as to what went wrong and how things can be done differently to overcome, rather than cribbing and putting on blame or continue dwelling on mistakes. Encourage team mates to learn from failures and use them as stepping stones to conquer next future success. You will see minds in the team coming up with innovative ideas which will sure be fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Had never experienced micro management of this scale into an organization of this scale. Also this bring my first full fledged role in this industry, was bit of a struggle initially. But with due guidance and support from my seniors and peers, was able to turn around things quickly to work in sync with the organisational culture and common goals.
it's a great moment in life to improve our humbleness. I believe that this is an excellent base for becoming antifragile in the future. Also, the experience of negative events, in my opinion, is the best way to develop inner strength. Well, for the rest, excellent advice was given by my colleagues who participated in this survey.
