Managing multiple deadlines demands effective organization. Start by creating a comprehensive list of all tasks and deadlines, prioritizing them based on urgency and importance. Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps, setting realistic deadlines for each. Utilize tools like calendars, to-do lists, or project management software to track deadlines and progress. Consider using techniques like time-blocking to allocate specific time slots for each task. Regularly review and update your schedule to adapt to any changes or new priorities. Lastly, practice self-discipline and focus, avoiding procrastination and staying committed to meeting deadlines efficiently.

Create a checklist of Tasks. Prioritize the task in order of delivery, Create schedules and delivery deadlines. Have performance evaluations from time to time. Check for the Quality parameters of the delivery. Adhere time-line and deliver.

From personal experience, I learn to prioritize my task on a scale of preference of high to low and I ensure I work inline this task to achieve my objective. Over the years I have also learn to assign work to my other team members and request for help where necessary. Most of the time my team members like volunteering and this can assist to get major work with deadline done in time and allow efficiency.

This topic can not be overemphasized. Recently most of the employers encourage work life balance which is very commendable. As a full remote worker, I realized I can work straight 8hours and overtime while sitting in one position. Few days ago, I realized my back aches seriously as a result of long sitting. I have decided to exercise more during my weekend and early hour or later in the day after work to ensure I manage long sitting. And ofcourse take reasonable rest during the weekend while bonding with family and friends.

One thing I’ve found helpful is continuous learning. Processes keep changing with the help of technology and one need to make herself available to be adaptable. As a Chartered Accountant diversifying into data analytics is something I’m proud to explore. Ability to present data and analyze this information cannot be over emphasized in ensuring informed decision is achieved.
