1 Know your client

Before you present your design, do some research on your client. What are their goals, preferences, style, budget, and expectations? What are their pain points and challenges? How can your design solve their problems and meet their needs? By knowing your client, you can tailor your pitch to their specific situation and show them that you care about their success.

During and after your pitch, listen carefully to your client's feedback, questions, and concerns. Don't interrupt or argue, but show respect and empathy. Try to understand their perspective and address their issues in a constructive and polite way. If they have objections or doubts, don't take it personally, but use it as an opportunity to clarify and reassure them. If they have suggestions or requests, don't dismiss them, but consider them and negotiate a solution.
