Pocas personas tienen disposición a escuchar a otras, si no se sienten escuchadas. La comunicación con clientes requiere tener en claro que lo importante es "mover" información desde el cliente hacia uno. Sólo incorporando información, vamos a poder progresar gradualmente en asertividad al momento de hacer nuestras propuestas. A la vez que el cliente percibirá en nuestra comunicación, la incorporación y respeto a sus opiniones. Desarrollar la capacidad de escuchar a los otros, exige trabajar previamente en desactivar nuestros filtros/barreras/creencias todo lo posible. No es fácil, pero los resultados bien lo valen.
