What's your process for creating airport goals?

1 Assess your current situation

For example, your strategic objectives could be to increase passenger satisfaction, reduce environmental impact, or enhance safety and security. You should have no more than five strategic objectives, and they should be consistent and coherent.

3 Break down your operational goals
