This is ever evolving field right now in the market and to stay updated we should read latest blogs, LinkedIn is one source where I find latest trends and updates! Follow the top voices in the field, Under Fintech,SAAS etc. Follow newsletter, Marketing files and communities. Listen to podcasts whenever u get time and webinars, Industrial conference is what I always follow!!

Twitter is dying. I used to get fantastic, realitme information about security concerns (e.g. Log4j) but the community is rapidly drying up. It's still possible to have great conversations in hallways at conferences, but I'm having to look for podcasts for information at this point.

Twitter is dead Ken. Not dying. Dead as a dodo. I’m not that far from deleting my account now. I’m getting all sorts of filth and nonsense on my timeline.

There are many great product management blogs and newsletters out there, but here are two that I think are worth checking out: ? Lenny's Newsletter by Lenny Rachitsky: This is a rich source of deep insights into product strategy, growth tactics, and the art of building exceptional products. Lenny leverages his extensive experience as a former Airbnb product lead to provide subscribers with data-driven analyses and practical takeaways, with regular updates multiple times a week. ? The Product Guy Blog by Jeremy Horn: This blog dives deep into all things product management, with a new vlog every week—and plenty of insightful guest speakers—exploring industry processes, challenges, and proven methods for success.

As someone who enjoys learning from PM content creators, here are three of my top favorite influencers and channels in the product space. 1. Chloe Shih: YouTuber who vlogs and discusses her journey as a Product Manager at Discord. 2. Liam Bolling: YouTuber who educates his audience about the skills needed to break into product management. 3. Exponent: Insightful mock interviews with Product Managers at Fortune 500 companies in Big Tech.

I wanted to share some valuable resources for those interested in product management and agile methodologies. Deepak Singh's Book 'Tech Simplified for PMs & Entrepreneurs" is also a must read. It is easy to understand and covers the basics exceptionally well.

Product Management for AI by Justin Norman, Peter Skomoroch, and Mike Loukides: This book explores the challenges and opportunities of developing products that integrate AI, and provides practical guidance on how to identify viable machine learning problems, plan and manage AI projects, design user interfaces, and monitor AI products after deployment. ? The AI Product Manager's Handbook by Irene Bratsis: This book teaches you how to develop a product that takes advantage of machine learning to solve AI problems, and covers topics such as data collection and preparation, model selection and evaluation, user feedback and iteration, and ethical considerations.

Deepak Singh's Book 'Tech Simplified for PMs & Entrepreneurs" was the most relevant book I read to improve my knowledge of tech as a non tech product manager.

Books are the best way to understand the base of the processes, activities and the workflow of the specific professions and the industry. If you want to gather more knowledge of the Product Management, I suggest you read the Product Management Professional book. In this book you will understand each and every aspect of product management.

There are a couple of communities I highly recommend joining: 1. Mentor Mesh 2. The Product Folks These communities not only organize fantastic events and boast incredible members but also facilitate invaluable one-on-one coffee chats that are indispensable for personal and professional growth.

Some of the communities for learnings, mentorships, and events that I am part of and found value are: 1. The Product Folks - they have monthly teardowns and programs like Insurjo for collaborative learnings. 2. Doreamon Den - their cohorts are especially good for beginners and the community is growing and is helpful. 3. Fueler - though its mainly meant for generalists, this is growing for product management enthusiasts, and professionals equally. From research to resources - you'll find almost everything here!

You can join thousands of product managers from around the world, and learn from speakers who share their stories, insights, and challenges.

Product Beats by Magnus Communities: The Product Folks Fueler Reforge Communities My own goto lists PM friends - Have set of PM excollegues /friends/, with who i can bare my emotions Ex-bosses (direct /indirect) - I have built beautiful bonds with most of bosses/RMs, and whenever there is Real life situations or i need someone's unbiased opinion, i reach out My Family and Friends- - Sometimes answers to most complex problems can be found in normal life over a heart to heart talk.

One thing that we should remember is that not every trend is good for us & not everything should be consumed. Product management practices & frameworks depend on: - The industry you are in. - The scale at which you operate. - Team structure and existing processes. - What the company prioritises. Hence, be aware and pick what is impactful as per your situation.

Whether it is blogs or podcasts or videos, I try to look for a blend of sources from out of the industry and within the industry. Product management practices can be quite different between industries - for example a purely software product and a hardware one. One of the challenges that I see is that quite a lot of the sources come from software based viewpoint and not enough from hardware perspective. A lot to learn from these frameworks but we need to do some quick sense check before recommending it to the team.

Consider the impact of user feedback on product development. User insights, whether positive or critical, are invaluable for refining features and enhancing user experience. Additionally, fostering a collaborative company culture is essential. Cross-functional communication and teamwork contribute to innovation and successful product launches. Lastly, keeping an eye on emerging technologies can provide a competitive edge. Technologies like AI, blockchain, or AR may open new avenues for product enhancement or even entirely new product possibilities. Always adapt strategies based on the evolving tech landscape and user needs for sustained success.
