The need for the community to fully understand legal terms and definitions that are used on a daily basis or we are unaware of the exact terminology or definition of legal terms so with that we have a community of people who think they know what the law states or implements for us as citizens but in all reality they are unaware about how it actually pertains to them in the community, The need for us to educate each other about what we know is what you are to be focusing on the need for us to know our rights and the rights of other people within the justice system will keep us safe and the officers and people that work in the sector to understand where they stand in their position and where a violation of someone's rights.

The outcome I hope to accomplish as for everyone to feel more empowered and encouraged to invoke their rights correctly and without feeling despair I like the government or any other entity has higher authority than yourself we are accountable for our actions no one should be negotiating their own security for a job position, the moral code of people have totally demolished and hopefully we can get back to integrating with each other to make the community better instead of us paying out of pocket for people to keep killing people and getting paid to do it.

While this article has "Solicit feedback and input" further down, I'm a fan of doing it near the beginning of the process as it helps me get the right start, and then I have metrics to measure against so I can show how far we have come.
