In Bezug auf diesen Punkt habe ich interessante Erfahrungen mit der Einführung und überwachung von KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) und OKRs (Objective and Key Results). Meiner Meinung nach muss ein guter KPI/OKR bei Abweichungen Ma?nahmen und Projekte nach sich ziehen. Z?gern Sie nicht, die Kennzahlen zu ?ndern, wenn Sie feststellen, dass sie keine Ma?nahmen ausl?sen. Einige g?ngige Beispiele im FM (Betriebskosten pro m2, Kundenzufriedenheitsindex, Reaktionszeit, Verh?ltnis zwischen pr?ventiver und reaktiver Wartung, Make or Buy Ratio...).

Wir haben kürzlich verschiedene Modelle verglichen (Single-Sourcing, Multi-Sourcing, Profit-Center, Management Agent, Best-in-Class...).
