We are human first. We appreciate being valued and given priority, with our needs and aspirations acknowledged by our peers and leaders. In my experience, this model works best. However, it's not universal, but customizing it slightly according to your team members can be applicable to the majority of team members. When they see that you value their contributions and desires, the feeling that you have their back always motivates them to excel in their work and go the extra mile when needed

The agile leadership model is based on the idea that you can enable your team to adapt quickly and effectively to changing customer needs, market conditions, and business goals by adopting agile principles and practices. According to this model, you should focus on three key dimensions: mindset, culture, and structure. Mindset refers to how you think and act as a leader, such as being customer-centric, value-driven, and feedback-oriented. The optimal team model cannot be universal. It needs to be customized by the leader according to their team members' individual strengths and weaknesses. Each team member is equipped with certain strengths and may struggle with unique problems or weaknesses. In such a scenario, it's not advisable to make one model to be applicable to everyone. As we all know ---one size doesn't fit all.
