This can be courses, books, blogs, hands-on, etc and any combination of these. 5) Schedule a time to do it. Many options here, but some people use the 90/90 approach, which is spending the first 90 minutes of your day on your goal for 90 days. 6) Stay persistent because life isn't perfect and believe in YOU.

For example if you are more into Offensive Security, Penetration Testing or domains related to the red teaming but you take a training related to ISMS, Compliance just because it's in trending. This type of decision will only result in wasting your time and efforts as there's no self-learning or motivation involved.
