Undoubtedly, the ultimate gauge of a program's value lies in its 'benefit realization’. Positive results signify the automatic fulfillment of program expectations. However, my perspective on this matter introduces a more human touch. Some Programs extends to encompass life or mission-critical initiatives aimed at achieving enduring objectives. Consider, for instance, the completion of a bridge that significantly shortens travel between two cities by hundreds of miles. Alternatively, contemplate the development of a vaccine to potentially save thousands from serious diseases. In cases like these, the realization of benefits is profound and has the potential to yield enduring advantages for centuries or across generations.

This is all wrong - the ONLY indicator of program value should be the ROI you deliver to the Portfolio Manager. The others are then indicators of how it is going once that determination has been made.

Stakeholders satisfaction is most important program key or value. Because it’s about existing and new stakeholders. So we need to focus on quality. Once quality is better within time , budget & scopes then it increases program value as every projects have benefits which increase the value in markets. Now to pull new stakeholders we need to show our services value by providing key value and benefits in terms of paper presentation , few realistic realistic performance by mvc projects having some benefits and good UI.

Unfortunely we have risk aassessments that are involved with every project.There are only two risks ,the one we are aware of and one we are not aware of.there risks must be aligned and a plan must have been prepared and executed to make sure the project was delivered properly.
