Communication skill - The difference between said and heard or write and perceived often results in ugly situations, so be clear, concise and communicate to the level of audience is necessary. Conflict Management - Being Accountant means you have to take some actions which might not perceive well with the audience and you have to manage it tactfully. Adaptability - Be adaptable to change as change is something which is permanenet.
