Depending on the project's unique needs and stakeholder landscape, you could as well consider:- -Stakeholder Radar Chart: Visualize stakeholders' influence, interest, and impact on a radar chart to highlight key relationships. -Bubble Charts: Use bubbles to represent stakeholders, with size indicating influence and colour signifying interest, making patterns easily discernible. -Sankey Diagrams: Display influence and information flow between stakeholders, identifying dependencies and communication pathways. -Tree Diagrams: Hierarchically represent stakeholders as branches, revealing their connections. -Spider Diagrams: Create web-like structures to map interactions and dependencies, offering a visual metaphor for relationships.

However, you can also simply reflect the scale within your stakeholder list, so that each individual represented has an accompanying score based upon these factors. Having the awareness of the influence/interest (which will change amongst over time) across each individual in your stakeholders list, will act to inform where you focus your attention and time. Ideally with those most engaged and able to have an impact.
