It is imperative for ALL workers in an oil/gas technology operation must be trained intensely 1) learn the operational essentials of the process and identify where and when fatal incidents may occur. 2) train personnel by enacting an alarm that personnel will respond to. If actions taken ARE NOT as is the norm , retire working group and retrain workers. 3) plan and maintain a high and obvious strict level of safety with repeated training sessions.
