Desde o primeiro contato do colaborador com a empresa até a entrega do produto para o cliente, o plano de comunica??o deve ser obrigatório dentro do roadmap: o que precisa ser comunicado, como fazer a comunica??o e por onde fazer a comunica??o, s?o pontos chave. Mas para chegar a esse ponto base de comunica??o dentro do roadmap, é preciso garantir que exista o alinhamento de outros três fatores: o propósito da empresa, o posicionamento da cultura e o objetivo central do negócio. Só assim podemos estruturar e implementar um plano de comunica??o.

I like to use metric trees to make sure my communication goals are tied to overall organizational goals (i.e. customer success, revenue, profitability, employee engagement). Seeing communication measures as leading or lagging indicators of organizational goals helps leaders see how essential well-planned communications are to organizational success.
