I definitely won't overdue it with too many data sources. I recommend the following (obviously depending on your team): 1. Revenue and deal metrics - MRR/ARR/revenue closed per week/month/quarter - deals closed (won or lost) per week/month/quarter 2. Pipeline generated - new deals generated per week/mont/quarter - I would not use € of pipeline generated, I would rather use the # of deals generated as it is most often more accurate as especially early on you don't know the deal volume 3. Meetings - Meetings completed per week/month/quarter - Meetings scheduled per week/mont/quarter 4. Certain activity metrics (if you like) - # of accounts touched - # of contacts touched

Don't overdue it with metrics. Focus on 1 core metric and maybe 2-4 leading indicators that supports your core metric. Core metric could be # of deals closed or new $$$ closed. Leading indicators could be # of sales meetings completed, # of deals opened etc.
