We should have a proper quality plan (PIS Part Inspection Standard in Toyota way). Before part approval have AOI and do accordingly. We should have a proper reaction plan and supplier should be in line with these requirements. Periodic process audits at supplier will be helpful in meeting these requirements.

A mi entender una buena defincicion de la Voz de Cliente en relacion a la calidad es primordial para implantar un buen sistema de control de la calidad, sin embargo, esto puede bien quedarse solo el los papeles a menos que seamos conscienctes que es la gente quien a fin de cuentas hace la calidad, tendremos maquinarias y partes del proceso automatizado, sin embargo aun detras de estos hay gente. Por ello mi punto de vista es que una vez que tengamos bien definida la ruta y los finales que queremos lograr, dediquemos tiempo a verdaramente entrenar y luego empoderar a la gente. No en las tareas o accciones de otros o en la revision de la tarea del anterior, sino en hacer la suya misma hasta alcanzar su excelencia.

Lo ideal en cuanto al seguimiento de las normas es que todo nuestro personal pueda participar de ellas, hacerlas suya.Imaginemos que queremos tener una recepcion impecable, pues dediquemos tiempo a que nuestro de limpieza practique la impecabilidad, no solo como una orden, mandato o instrucciones de trabajo, sino que en verdad comprenda su importancia, su forma de aplicacion , su respeto y que pueda poner su sello personal en la tarea. Si podemos hacerlo asi con cada parte del proceso, todo lo demas, seran detalles.
