Once risk managers are able to identify a risk, they should start working on ways to minimize the impact. This can involve analyzing the nature and causes of the risk, data analysis, creating strategies/options to either eliminate or mitigate it. Execution, here is the key. Problem-solving skill for Risk managers would often require qualities like critical thinking and a "natural" instinct to resolve complex challenges.
