In identifying potential partners, it's important that you should consider that you need to have a big playing ground, it means you have to talk to people and make connections on daily basis. Sometimes, you find person who are aligned to your thoughts and some not. But over the period of your all audience or potential partners will notice you and they will understand your perspective and eventually will come into your core people/individual/partners but it will take lot of sharing and follow ups and make good connections not just formal but informal too. I have already done this, so have an in-hand experience.
