One thing that the work culture often does not give enough importance to in my opinion is the importance of free time to explore areas outside normal work routine. The work should have free slots to enable the data and business teams to explore different areas other than normal work. This will not only enable them to identify new and unconventional solutions to problems but also encourage them to have an "explorer" mindset.
